The health system in Indonesia is facing the persistent burden of maternal mortality and infectious diseases (including COVID-19) an increasing non-communicable diseases. Thus, reform innovations at all levels are needed, including through lessons learned from other countries. There least five primary care United Kingdom: easy access, digital online services, continuity care, managing chronic conditions, referral counter-referral system. that policymakers stakeholders national local (city/district) level could potentially learn from. Despite differences between UK (e.g. country income level, systems), these be adapted or piloted some settings.
